Wait for the color to dry; 3. Then you can use a thin pen to dip in water and mix with other colors to stroke, paint, and decorate on the bottom edge. Use your imagination to paint as much as you like on the background color. As long as the shape is there, whatever you paint will look good; 4. After applying a color, remember to leave it for a minute or two until the color is dry before drawing the other color.
